Serving as an extension of the Florida Education Institute (FEI) Culinary Arts Program, Pasion stands as an independent restaurant designed to serve as a dynamic platform for immersive culinary education and the cultivation of gastronomic expertise.

Vivo’s menu is an exploration of internationally inspired cuisine, a gastronomic voyage artfully composed using locally sourced ingredients that change with the seasons. An array of wines and beers complement the diverse palate of flavors present in the menu. Excellent place for a romantic dinner, the atmosphere is super cozy.The salmon is a delight.And the 🍷 Amurado with the ceviche, I recommend it.And everything has the taste of homemade.And Sergio is super attentive.

Amazing quality food for a very reasonable price. The only con is that it's in the middle of nowhere, but the price to quality ratio is so good it's worth the trip out here. Just do it!

I'm typically quite selective about where I dine, as my palate is rather particular, but my recent experience at this restaurant was nothing short of remarkable. The chef exuded a warm, welcoming charm, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. As for the meal, the steak I ordered was an epicurean delight - undoubtedly one of the juiciest and most flavorful I've ever savored. This establishment has earned my wholehearted recommendation. Should my travels bring me back to this area, a return visit is not just an option, but a certainty.

The best food I ever had in my life, incomparable to any other restaurants! The Chef greeted us and explained the menu. The quality and presentation of the food was second to none! Highly recommended if you are in Miami or on the way to Everglade, definitely worth the drive.

What a great find! Got together with a group of fiends and were looking for a place to dine and chat. Went to the wine place across the street but it was very loud and decided to cross the street and try Pasión restaurant. What a wonderful place! The service was top notch and the food excellent. We had various dishes and desserts and everything was awesome: The unique thing is that they are part of the culinary school across the street and the students have the opportunity to participate in the kitchen with the chefs. Really liked this place! Go try it.

Cute place very clean and the staff was very nice. They just opened recently and did a great job. Food was delicious and very low priced for the quality. We had the chicken and the trout. Best of luck!
